Wednesday night saw the first
Courchevel slave auction taking place at Gringos with all proceeds going to the Guatemala Solidarity Network (GSN). As well as people selling themselves a wide range of meals and wines were sold. The editor himself was sold for 350F (although I would have preferred a female to have paid rather than Portley, who even as we speak is in negotiations to sell me on) beating
Charlie (Ski Val) who, even after removing his top and revealing his muscle defined torso, only managed 300F and
Jo(ESF) who was brought by
Ollie(Gringos) for a bargin basement price of 120F. But we were all overshadowed by
Demi(Ski Val) who managed to raise 700F.At the end of the night Rosy (co-chair of GSN) had raised a grand total of 7000F.
