No! Itís not a picture of one of Hannibal Lecteurs victims from the new Silence of the Lambs film. Being a snowboarder Mick(Ski World) fell on his ass one too many times causing a blood clot of something similar that had to be removed. Unfortunately that part of the body cannot be stitched up (unlike Mick whoís co-workers well and truely stitched him up by giving me the photo) and has to heal naturally in order not to scar his buttock cheek permanently.
