By the time you read this most of you will be experiencing your first transfer day and you will be finally be able to put all that 'training' to proper use. Weeks of learning how to scrub toilets will come to fruition although I'm told until this is performed over a vomit/shit splattered bowl with a stinking hangover no amount of experience can ready you for it.
Of course since
Kalico opened last week a lot of people have already been putting another sort of training to good use and already getting up to some pre-season extra curricula activities. No doubt Reps and Hosts will be held personally responsible for the lack of snow in resort and will be questioned thoroughly about the slope quality and the upcoming 7 day weather forecast. Several offers from Scott Dunn hosts to whip off their kit and perform a snow dance are being help in reserve as a last resort.
Finally I would like to make the following point. Although I don't single out any one person in resort for abuse, as she is only in town for 6 weeks and singularly forgot to invite me to the welcome meal I feel the name Abbie Peters will become eerily familiar over the next month.
