Sophie gets a nasty pain in the arse

In the spirit of Captain Oates as he left Scottís tent in the antartic, at the beginning of the week in TJ's there was another great example of the British stiff upper lip. Sophie was behind the bar insisting on continuing work even though she was in great pain from the onset of pneumonia. Although she was having problems breathing she insisted that she had just pulled a muscle.
After finally being made to see the doctor she was correctly diagnosed and suitably treated. Unfortunately what followed were a course of large multiple injections into her gluteus maximus. Why the French didn't use her arm is probably the same questions as why the French prefer suppositories.
All that is left for me to do is to see how much humour I can squeeze out of it. Here goesÖ
