A Cryst(al)mas tale

Twas the night before Christmas and all round the hotel not a creature was stirring not even a rep. Except for the Crystal nanny Sian and Crystal rep Neil who are going hard at it in the St Louis's reception loos. Unfortunately the walls must be made of a paper like substance as the hotel manager George who lives in the next room was awoken by the loud but brief banging noises.
