I hate to disappoint anyone who was expecting a repeat of last week's articles. With the exception of Charlotte's birthday (and an attempted drunken snog by Dom) this week has been packed with injuries. With over three weeks with no snow, what has fallen on the mountain is becoming harder packed and icy in many places. Luckily there is more snow forecast later this week but that is no consolation to the bruised and broken bones of the
Skiworld staff. Broken collar bones, ankles, wrists are the only trophies these seasonnaires have to take back to the UK.
Dom(Skival) found that he had cracked two ribs instead of just the one. Feel free to show him some sympathy by giving him a big hug. In return he will probably fall to the ground and attempt to demonstrate a new breakdancing move.
Josh(Whitestuff) dislocated his shoulder while out boarding and suffered the addition pain of having it re-located.
Laura(Crystal) has faired no better, a pair of multicoloured bruised knees are a product of either a fall on an icy slope or excessive carpet burns. Personally I think the later but she is sticking to the skiing story.
