Extra mushrooms with that cocktail

Clare's first week of work in bar L'equipe got off to funny start. While standing behind the bar a customer asked her for two margaritas. As Clare jumped into action with her trusty cocktail shaker, coupette glass rims were salted. A melange of triple sec, tequila and lime juice is quickly agitated and strained into the glass. On presentation of this liquid masterpiece to the customer it turned out all they wanted was two margarita pizzas.
To help complicate the matter further Ollie has now introduced the following new pizzas. The daiquiri (lime and sugar pizza, with optional bananas), the demi (a kids sized margarita) and the classic long island ice tea with extra cheese.
