The end is nearly nigh.

With only two more issues of the enquirers to read (or miss depending on where you work) the end of the nirvana, know as the 2004 ski season is nigh. Of course that's the 'glass half empty' view. The optimists among up will say that we have the (deep breath) Three valley rally, beach party theme night, Seasonwars premiere, end of season ball and the final/messy closing of the bars around the resort.
This Wednesday (31st) we have the infamous three valley rally, where fancy dress meets alcohol in the pinnacle of highly competitive scavenger hunts. Starting at Gringos, registration starts at 10.30 and the race kicks off at 11am. Once again we shall see if anyone can kick Qski off the top step of the podium. For the non-competitors, Gringo will be open all day so you drink yourself silly.
The last theme night of the season takes place on Tuesday the 6th when we can be guaranteed a tropical heat wave in TJ's Gringos and ISBA so all the girls can get their bikinis out for beach party night.
Wednesday 7th the new space pub is hosting the premier of this year Seasonwars video. Lucky enough to have had an advanced preview I can say unequivocally that Andy Green has created another masterpiece. A worthy addition to any seasonnaires' video collection.
The following Wednesday (14th) has finally be confirmed as the end of season ball at the cap horn restaurant. Black tie featuring a Russian Mafia theme, full detail can be found below.
