Courchevel Enquirer or as it is currently being called 'What Clare did this week' celebrated Clare's birthday earlier this week. Her co-workers not only made her a cake but they also helped her wear it. But it's not the first time that Clare has ended up with a white creamy substance all over her face and in her hair.
