What is this resort coming to? I can handle the Russian Mafiosi with their blacked out Hummers, the obnoxious Parisians with their queue jumping antics. But when it becomes the retreat for publicity hungry footballers, their failed pop singing wife, their extended family and hordes of security and following paparazzi that is the final straw.
The population of the resort almost doubled and they were all driving around in large blacked out Espaces. If they want to get away from the allegations of marital affairs they shouldn't contact the associated press and give out their travel itinerary. And why pick a ski resort when your not allowed actually go out skiing.Maybe this sounds very negative but many other sportsmen who earn similar amounts to Beckham do not restrict themselves from other recreational sports.
Looking at the English tabloid papers every waiter, instructor or any other person on the mountain who has come into contact has been quizzed about 'what they were like', you wouldn't know that there was a major uprising in Iraq!
