Last year, out of curiosity and like the majority of the inhabitants of the savoie region, I decided to make a batch of Genepi. Part 1 and Part 2 And it was a good first attempt.

However as we start year 2 we want to try and do things in year 1 better, with maximum overkill.

In year 1 we used the 40/40/40 method. 40% alcohol, 40 grams of sugar and 40 genepi flowers.

In an attempt to encourage more right wing Americans to come to ski in the 3 valleys Courchevel has decided to rename the drag lift in the croisette from “La Loze” to “Trump”.

When ask why this lift was specifically chosen they responded.

I don’t know if its just a French thing but Courchevel’s Marie discovered quickly that hiring a guy to parade around a black bear for the women’s FIS world cup giant slalom isn’t the most politically correct thing nowadays.
